Standon Charities is able to make grants to help people in 'need, hardship or distress' and live in the
area of benefit. Grants might typically be for:
To apply for a grant, please write or email to the Clerk (details below) giving details of your need and the amount you are asking for.
- Help for a child to go on a school trip which otherwise would be unaffordable
- Help with a grant to provide extra equipment needed for a disabled person
- Help with the cost of travel to hospital
- Help after an operation with the cost of a home help
- This list is only of examples - if you would like to be considered for a grant, contact the Clerk for a chat
- Typical grants are in the range £25 - £500
